What is Private Coaching for Practitioners?  This is a very effective phenomenon that actually works. Keep in mind that a coach is not someone who tells you what to do. Naturally, suggestions are made and discussed. However, the basis of coaching is similar to the format of any effective instruction. The objective is to have the client reach "Aha!". Simply telling someone what to do never equates to an effective learning experience. We provide that effective learning experience.  Few people experience genuine and lasting change as the result of one or two isolated experiences - which is quite obvious!

    STEP ONE 
We review your Personal Profile and Practice Analysis to determine our starting point. Some practitioners will already have a very precise office procedure that fits their needs. We will begin our coaching from that point. Most offices, however, will find it necessary to upgrade some office procedures, staff training and marketing. Wherever that need may be, that is where we start. If the practice tends to be somewhat disorganized, inefficient and generally without an effective plan, that will be determined - and it is from that point that we will start. We have found that our Brilliant@Basics system is highly effective and can result in immediate improvements.

    STEP TWO 
This is where we begin to consult with you about your procedures, covering everything from  office appearance and staff training, patient handling, effective communication to marketing plans. We provide extensive notes and make suggestions. If the practice has already achieved a higher level of efficiency, we then begin the coaching process immediately. For the best results, our contracts range from 6 months to 12 months.

We will coach you every step of the way to design your future, strengthen your weaknesses, reach your goals, get you energized - AND MIMIMIZE STRESS! It may be difficult to determine for yourself if Private Coaching will benefit you. Give us a call to find out. We will be happy to supply references of current and previous clients.
